What is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification?
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is an authoritative and internationally recognized textile safety certification, which ensures that textiles do not contain chemical ingredients, toxic or allergenic substances. If the textile has a STANDARD 100 label, it means that every part of the product, including every piece of cloth, every thread, every button, etc., has been tested for harmful substances.

The test is carried out by an independent partner organization of OEKO-TEX® according to the standard catalog specified by OEKO-TEX®. The specified tests in the standard catalog include a variety of chemicals, pesticides, carcinogens, pigments, and heavy metals; in many cases, STANDARD 100 has stricter testing standards for these harmful substances than other national and international requirements. In addition, OEKO-TEX® will review and update the standard catalog at least once a year according to the development of scientific research and relevant laws and regulations to ensure that the scope of testing can keep pace with the times.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification is divided into four product levels, and the first level of certification (Class 1) held by COMFi products is for infants and young children under 3 years old, so the testing process is the most rigorous and cautious.
